Core IST

Core Istanbul transforms a former educational building in Beylikdüzü into a dynamic entrepreneurship hub for startups, professionals and emerging communities. Conceived as an interconnected workplace, the project brings together coworking areas, private offices, training halls, meeting spaces, a production studio and social zones within a flexible spatial framework.

Terraces and shared circulation areas form the social spine of the project, drawing daylight and greenery into the interior while creating informal places for meeting, resting and exchange. Transparent partitions maintain visual continuity, while quieter functions are positioned to provide privacy and acoustic separation. Natural textures, exposed finishes and adaptable furniture give the workplace a warm yet robust character, supporting focused work, collaboration and events throughout the day.
