Dr. Aslı Birkent Clinic

Located in Ataşehir, Istanbul, the clinic reconsiders the conventional medical interior as a calm and tactile environment. Rather than treating Zen as a visual theme, the design translates its principles of restraint, balance and natural movement into softly curved forms, muted materials and controlled light. The reception and waiting areas are conceived as composed, residential spaces, while the consultation and treatment rooms maintain a quieter, more precise character. Throughout the project, textured surfaces, integrated planting and a restrained palette reduce the institutional atmosphere, creating a setting that feels professional, private and reassuring.
